mining for silver

This week at Lasting memories we want to see silver on those layouts. 

 Silver embellishments, paper or you all decked out in those silver stretch pants on New Years. 
It's  up to you.

I did another Layout featuring photos of my Dad. 

I used creative scrapper sketch #217

The silver elements I used are the metal heart, frame, silver brads, pen and aluminum foil.
I'm all out of shinny silver paper so I used the foil instead, besides it matches the brads perfectly.

I tried doing the date in silver pen but it didn't show.

I might still add a title and some journaling after my mom's visit as I'm not sure about the details behind the photo.  Just that it was summer of 46.
